     Due to the small volume, high output and many online processes, the outdoor air conditioner is assembled by the conventional plate chain line and the roller line transition. The height is between 700~800mm. The whole line is made of non bottom plate process. Compared with the old wooden pallet line, the cost of the line body is reduced and the area of the line body is reduced. The maximum output can reach 300 units / hour. The assembly section usually operates on the plate chain, while the test section and the transition section use the roller line. The real section and the inspection section adopt the loop trolley type, and the air inlet and outlet loop adopts the cylinder without cylinder. The repair line adopts unpowered roller line. The common special machines include packing machine, finished product line crane and so on.
