Commercial air conditioning for large volume, yield is not high, with the characteristics of plate type wooden pallet, the line usually adopts heavy plate chain line and drum line, and the speed is about 1~3M/min, the height of standing operation between 400~500mm. The assembly section usually operates on the plate chain, while the test section, transition section and packing section adopt the roller line. The true section adopts the rectangular loop way, the car has a vacuum pump, a power roller line, and the main line transition using the power roller connection. The inspection section adopts both sides of the workstation to move out, and the workstation uses three stainless steel tank chains for lifting and moving. According to the site restrictions or the degree of automation, there will be equipped with condenser turnover machine, condenser on-line machine, pneumatic balance crane, sealing packer, finished product line crane and other special equipment.
